By using the fmag.tr platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms of use. If you do not accept the terms, we kindly ask you not to use the platform.

2. Description of the Service

fmag.tr is a digital platform that connects professional footballers with licensed agencies. The platform allows users to create profiles, search for players and agencies, and get in touch.

3. Account Creation

• You must be over 18 years old to create an account
• A valid TFF or FIFA licence is required for agency accounts
• The information you provide must be accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for the security of your account

4. Usage Rules

When using the platform, you must comply with the following rules:

• Sharing misleading or false information is prohibited
• You must respect the rights of others
• Using the platform for illegal purposes is prohibited
• Sending spam or unsolicited messages is prohibited
• Actions that endanger the security of the platform are prohibited

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos and software on the platform belong to fmag.tr and are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

fmag.tr is not responsible for agreements, transfers or other transactions between users. The platform provides an intermediary service only.

7. Account Suspension

Accounts that violate the terms of use may be suspended or permanently closed without warning.

8. Changes

These terms of use may be changed without prior notice. Changes take effect on the date they are published.

9. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

fmag.tr allows users to leave comments on player profile pages and contribute to the Q&A section. The rules for this content are:

• A WhatsApp-verified account is required to post content
• Content containing insults, profanity, humiliation or hate speech is prohibited
• Posting spam, advertising or repetitive content is prohibited
• Sharing personal information (phone numbers, addresses, etc.) is prohibited
• Sharing misleading, unfounded or deliberately false information is prohibited
• Content that infringes copyright will be removed

10. Content Moderation

fmag.tr reserves the right to moderate user content in the following ways:

• Inappropriate content is detected by automatic filtering systems
• Users can report inappropriate content via the community reporting system
• Content that receives 3 or more reports is automatically hidden
• Moderators have the authority to approve, hide or delete content
• Content from users with a low trust score may not be shown in search engines
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension

11. Ownership of User Content

Users retain the copyright in the content they share; however, they grant fmag.tr a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to display this content on the platform, distribute it and make it available to search engines. Users can delete their own content at any time.
