Tyler Adams said a "winning mentality is contagious" after Bournemouth's victory over Sparta Prague in the UEFA Europa League secured a seventh successive win.
With Tyler Adams, Evanilson and Rayan all coming off the bench, the Cherries fought back from 1-0 down to beat Sparta Prague 3-1 at the Epet Arena.
The hosts went ahead through Ebrima Singhateh, but Tobias Guddal's first-half red card paved the way for Bournemouth to get back into the game.
Bournemouth have won seven consecutive competitive matches in all competitions for the first time since November 2014, when they were playing in the Championship.
The English side are one of three teams, alongside Benfica and Ferencváros, to have made it 4 from 4 after four Europa League matches, and they sit second in the standings.
Adams, who scored his first goal in European competition since netting for RB Leipzig against Atlético Madrid in the Champions League in August 2020, warned his team-mates against complacency.
Speaking after the match, the accomplished midfielder said:
"We can't get complacent. You have to maintain that winning standard; especially when you're playing every three days, that winning mentality becomes contagious. It doesn't feel like that long ago that we lost 5-1 to Chelsea, and that still hurts; we never want to go through that again. I think we've turned a page and we've been a much more mature team since then. We take pride in the way we defend, in our mentality of giving the opposition no breathing space. Everyone works really hard in training every day; those who play and those who don't all fight to the end. That creates a real competitive environment, and competition brings success. I'm extremely happy with the team's performance."
