The TFF board reportedly intends to hand Yalçın a contract that will run until the federation's elections in the summer of 2027.
First Test Could Come Against Belgium
Should Yalçın officially take the job, he is expected to face his first test in charge of the national side in November. The Crescent-Stars, who play their final two UEFA Nations League group games that month, host Belgium in İzmir on 12 November. Türkiye then travel to face France on 15 November.
